Purchases

Heart packs are one-time purchases handled by the App Store or Google Play. If a pack did not arrive, open the Heart shop and tap Check purchases — you do not need to buy again. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.

Progress

Your progress is saved on your device and, if you sign in, to your own Game Center / iCloud or Google Play Games account. Uninstalling without signing in can remove local progress.
